Green Hire for Corporate and Social Functions

Our green is available for corporate hire, includes the use of the green, hiring of bowls and the use of all amenities.

Availability is subject to club events or prior bookings.

Cost

PAYMENT INFO: It is STRONGLY URGED, collect entry fee from guests prior to arriving on the night. This will encourage those who said yes… to turn up. Many groups inform us they have 40+ coming, and on the night only have 10. The groups organiser is responsible for collecting fees from their guests and passing onto the bowls club.

*FULL PAYMENT PAYABLE after bowls instruction and coaching have taken place.

EFTPOS

Is available, minimum $10 purchase. Most drinks are $5each.

Duration

This fee is for a two (2) hour time slot from when you would like to start

(For Example 2pm – 4pm).

You may arrive 30 mins early to setup. i.e. 1.30pm for a 2pm start.

If you would like to use the green longer than the allotted two hours this can be discussed.

Access Gate:

Please use the Gap Rd Car Park (Opposite the hospital down the road a little). “YOUR CARS will be locked in the back carpark”, when the Memo Club closes.

Beverages

We offer a few common beers and wines. We may be able to provide specific alcoholic drinks with enough notice – If you would like our bar to operate on your social night. We need notice to contact our bar staff.

We are a licenced premises with a restricted liquor licence and therefore you can NOT bring your own alcohol on to the premises. You also can NOT purchase alcohol at the Memo Club and bring it into the bowling club premises.

Food Platters

You are welcome to bring your own salads, snacks, chips nibbleys and food platters, providing you clean up before leaving.

 

DJs and Music

Turn your function into a real party with some music.

You are welcome to organise your own DJ or music setup at your own cost.

We also have a sound system you can plug your USB stick into, or connect your phone too via Bluetooth, our speaker can be connected to via auxillary cables as well.

 

FOOTWEAR: Bare Feet, Socks Only or FLAT soled thongs.

CLOTHING: Wear clothes that are comfortable – That being said, during the day you will want a HAT, SUNSCREEN, a SHIRT with SLEEVES & COLLAR (is advisable to avoid sunburn)
